Zimmer and Peacock Chilli Technology Group takes the validation of our ChilliSensor very seriously and so we have sourced real world samples and have tested them both by the ChillIPot-Scoville Meter and by the AOAC official HPLC method.
The ChilliPot-Scoville Meter is a super fast, super easy and super low cost technology for measuring the hotness of chillies, relative to the HPLC method.
At the ZP Chilli Technology Group we have both technologies in house and so we are able to validate the two method relative to another.
